Laser therapy
Laser therapy is a low-pain method in the treatment of various types of varicose veins, which, in contrast to surgery, results in significantly less discomfort.
Remove varicose veins
Laser therapy of varicose veins, together with radiofrequency therapy, is one of the so-called minimally invasive (surgery-replacing) methods. The closure of the varicose veins follows here by heat. Laser therapy (ELVeS Biolitec®) uses – as the name suggests – a radial laser. The therapy is performed on an outpatient basis and under local anesthesia. This allows you to start your everyday activities quickly and as usual.
Laser therapy or radiofrequency ablation
Whether radiofrequency ablation or laser therapy is performed on a vein as an endovenous treatment must be decided on a case-by-case basis. In this way, we can respond to you individually.
At the Venenzentrum am See in Feldmeilen, we use both radiofrequency therapy (ClosureFast™, Venlcose) and laser therapy (ELVeS Biolitec®).
Advantages of laser therapy
- Minimal, painless surgery
- Little bleeding into the tissue
- Best possible cosmetic results
- No inpatient stay
- Short treatment time
- Rapid return to normal daily activities
